Googling your name.
Suprisingly enough I did come up with quite a few things that were actually me. And my number of results has been steadily going up I've noticed. I'm currently at 1,030,000 results for my name. Beat that! Hopefully there are not any John Smiths or John Does out there right now reading this.

Merry Xmas!
On a somewhat related note....I wish people would be less irritated by people's holiday choices. If a business, school or gov't building wishes to decorate for christmas..well so be it. I have no problem personally saying Happy Holidays to people to be "politically correct" but I find it ridiculous that people get offended if I were to say Merry Christmas. Why can't people see the friendly and good meaning behind things?
Anyway. This is a timed post. So I'm probally driving down to see the family right now. Cheers!

Climatecrisis.net
Here is a nice little chart from ccrane.com that displays the benefits of just changing from your standard bulb to an LED bulb:
Thats savings. Now I wouldn't recommend changing all of your bulbs to LED, since the light distribution is not as good as a standard bulb. What I would recommend is changing out a single bulb from the overhead lights that use more than one, with an LED bulb. Think the kitchen light in your aparment that uses 3 standard bulbs.
So be a tree hugger! Buy an LED and visit climatecrisis.net. And watch An Inconvenient Truth. It might just make you think.

Nursing.
Are you a nurse interested in finding travel nursing information? Most of the time nurses looking for travel nursing information go stratight to the Internet, kind of like what you are doing right now, to find as much information as they can about travel nursing. This may be a good place to start, but you should use the Internet to find good sources for nursing recruiters. Nursing recruiters will have the information you need to get started in travel nursing. Most of the information you find online will not give you the detailed information you need for travel nursing.
A rather interesting post about travel nursing. A good read. Find it here.

Star Wars Rose Parade.
I can imagine the look of disbelief on those that don’t read the news when they see this marching down the street.I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the pictures. This will be an interesting Rose Parade. Thats for sure. The hundreds or even thousands of Star Wars fans will likely show up. All dressed in their personal Star Wars attire.I quote:
For a man accustomed to working behind the camera lens, Lucas embraces his latest challenge as the public face of the 118th annual Tournament of Roses on New Year’s Day.
George Lucas is the Grand Marshal of the Rose Parade. Joining a long list of famous Marshalls that range from Walt Disney to Shirley Temple. He is the face of the Rose Parade. A list of the past Grand Marshals can be found on wikipedia.
Find the original article I am referencing at yahoo. It seems fitting for Lucas to serve as the ambassador of the 2007 Rose Parade that will feature the three-piece “Star Wars Spectacular,” which commemorates the 1977 release of “Star Wars,” the first film in the sci-fi six-pack. The procession will include two floats depicting the moon of Endor seen in the “Return of the Jedi” and the garden planet of Naboo. Darth Vader will lead a group of 200 stormtroopers, assembled from around the world, who belong to a fan club called the 501st Legion.
